Simply call or email to let us know you'd like to cancel.
There is no penalty for cancelling your subscription and contract, but we do ask that you let us know as soon as you can.
Due to the time it takes for the utilities to process the data, it can take anywhere from 60-90 days (2-3 months) for you to stop receiving credits (and invoices if you are on a dual billing project) after you've informed us you would like to cancel.
We're sorry anytime we have to part ways...but sometimes it has to be that way.
