How do I sign up to community solar?

Signing up to community solar takes just a few minutes of your time for years of guaranteed savings.

1. Find a Spot:

You can use our tool online to check if we have a spot on a community solar farm in your area. Find your community solar farm.

If there are none in your area, you can still use the form on our website to send us your information, and as soon as one is available, we will reach out to see if you are still interested.

Not every city and state currently offer community solar (though we are actively working to change this). Our dream is that community solar is available in every state across the U.S.

2. Size Your Share of the Solar Farm: We do our best to match your share of the solar farm to your electricity usage. All you need to do is provide us with a copy of your utility bill and we can size your subscription.

3. Sign Up: This is the last step. You'll sign a contract for community solar and we'll add you to one of our solar farms.

4. Savings on your Electricity: As soon as your account has been activated by the utility, you'll start to receive savings. We'd start your savings the next day if possible! But often it can take a bit of time to be processed by the utility.

There is $0 cost to sign up and no termination fees. That means there's no risk to you to sign up, just savings!
